Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5-9 business days from dispatch, depending on your location:

Metro cities: typically 3-6 business days
Other cities and towns: typically 5-9 business days
Remote or interior pin codes: may take up to 12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be delayed by weather, strikes, regional restrictions, festivals or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
A flat shipping fee is shown at checkout for orders below ₹999
Cash on Delivery orders may carry a small additional COD handling fee, shown at checkout before you pay

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on eligible orders at serviceable pin codes. If COD is unavailable for your address, only prepaid options will appear at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and SMS. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was repeatedly unattended or refused, any re-shipping cost will be payable by the customer.
