Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days depending on your location within India. You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships. Free shipping on orders over ₹999.
Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nestly-dtc.in with your order number and a photo — we'll arrange a free replacement or refund, and we cover return shipping in these cases.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in original packaging, requested within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes. If it's not available for your address, you'll see prepaid payment options only at checkout.
