The Site is operated by Nestly, based at Sarona, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492010, India. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nestly.

3. Products, pricing and availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product colours, images and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours accurately. Minor variations in colour, packaging or design may occur.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, modify or discontinue any product, and to limit order quantities. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, an unserviceable address, pricing errors, or abuse of our returns or Cash on Delivery facility. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount in full.

5. Payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (where available). All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
